Enter your postcode and identify your house on the map

You choose the best deal for you

Remember all our installers are MCS accredited, members of REAL and fully vetted so you have complete peace of mind.

How can you earn a tax-free income of up to £14,600 in the next twenty years?

The feed-in tariff is paid to encourage the installation of solar photovoltaic panels. The aim is to encourage the production of decentralised energy. In the UK, Feed in Tariff payments are made by your energy supplier.

What are Energy Performance Certificates (EPC)

Energy Performance Certificates (EPCs) rate the energy efficiency of your home. They are carried out by approved independent domestic energy assessors (DEA's) and will provide recommendations on how you can make your home more energy efficient, saving you money and reducing your CO2 emissions.

Why do i need an EPC To install PV Solar Panels?

If your house does not reach an EPC rating of D or better you will get a reduced rate of Feed In Tariff (FIT) of 7.1p per KWH. However we can assist 95% of homes to achieve a D rating so as long as your installation takes place before the next cut in FIT.

Our EPC service will take the stress out of achieving a D rating

Our suppliers all have access to EPC surveyors that will independently assess your building. We have measures available to raise the rating in most cases to D or higher. Once you have the EPC at a D rating or better you will receive the higher rate FIT of 15.44p.

How does the process work?

When you decide which Solar installer you wish to use, this supplier will register your address and start the EPC process. A surveyor will contact you to arrange a survey. The surveyor will give you your current rating and what needs to be done if your property does not reach a D rating. Don't worry this will not cost you as we have negotiated a deal to get you free Loft and cavity wall insulation, as well as discounted energy rated light bulbs which along with the solar panels should be enough to get your property a D rating.

There are actually many benefits to having an EPC survey on your home

You will save money on your energy bills.
Our EPC Certified home energy professionals are trained to pinpoint the areas of your home where energy is being wasted and used inefficiently.

You will get free cavity wall and loft insulation.
Our domestic EPC includes cavity wall and loft insulation free of charge subject to survey.

You will increase your home's resale value.
For every £1 decrease in annual energy costs, the market value of a home increases by £20. If you decrease your energy costs by £300 per year, the value of your home increases by £6,000. In many cases your free cavity wall and loft insulation will save you over £300 per year alone.

You will help the environment.
By using less energy, you reduce the amount of pollution and greenhouse gasses that are created in the production of electricity and the fuels we burn.

You will have early access to the Green Deal initiative.
Your EPC can be used to access the Governments flagship Green Deal initiative. Due to launch in October 2012 the Green Deal is a loan based on your energy bill that uses your energy savings to pay for the installation of a range of energy saving measures.
