FIT to March 3rd 2012 43.3p subject to high court appeal by the Government (not yet lodged) to get it down to 21p. Payable tax free, index linked for the next 25 years
FIT from March 4th to March 31st 2012 guaranteed 21p payable next 25 years index linked and tax free. This will give you a return on investment of 8% to 12%.
FIT from April 1st to May 31st 2012 21p with an EPC (Energy Performance Certificate) rating of D or better on your home. Our suppliers can help you with the EPC rating. Again this is paid tax free and index linked for the next 25 years giving you a return of 8% to 12%. Without the EPC rating of D or better the FIT rate is 9p.
FIT June 1st onwards subject to government review. Indications are 13 – 16p with C rating from EPC.
